We rout out and fill cracks with a structural epoxy patch that cures to 7,000+ PSI. Spalled and pitted areas are leveled with a polymer-modified mortar that bonds chemically to the existing slab. Oil contamination is treated with an industrial degreaser and pulled out with a chemical poultice before grinding.
